Design Module: View Screenshot
Purpose: Was created for designers that visit clients to present concept plans, After you have done your initial site visit to access the property and develop your concept plan you can then create a new client in Designerd and upload the design and associated text information, this information will be used to create a professional website unique to that client, they can login to view the design by simply agreeing to your copyright terms and following the onscreen instructions.
- When you first enter the Design Module you will see this message "You currently have no clients entered in our database, click CREATE PROJECT." click on the Create Project Button.
- When you click Create Project you will be taken to the Add Client screen to upload design files and add text information that pertains to that client.
- To make changes to that client click the EDIT link, this allows you to edit the text and re-uploaded a new design.
- The WEB link will open a webpage automatically created for you displaying the entered text information and allow the client to View and Print the Design.
- The CONTACT Link will create a pre formatted e-mail message complete and ready to send to your client, it links to the Client Login screen and the clients e-mail address becomes the login information needed to gain entry to the Created Client Information Webpage, you will be sent an e-mail message when the client has entered the Design area including the time accessed.
- The DEL link will delete the Client file and purge all uploaded images that pertain to that client.
- Can add a "My Projects" link to you existing website where clients can login directly to see their design.
